A gentle, LGBTQIA+ affirming space for healing and recovery.

Recovery is not a straight line—and you don’t have to walk it alone.
At Journey: Healing Together, we offer a safe and welcoming weekly support group for anyone exploring what recovery means to them. Whether you're navigating addiction, mental health challenges, trauma, grief, or simply trying to show up for yourself in a new way, you are welcome here.

Journey to Recovery is a non-12-step, peer-led support space that honors the unique path of every individual. Rooted in compassion, consent, and community, our group offers gentle structure without pressure, shame, or rigid expectations.

Why This Group Matters

We believe recovery must be inclusive, accessible, and radically affirming—especially for those who’ve been marginalized in traditional recovery spaces.

  • LGBTQIA+ Affirming
Our space is explicitly safe and supportive for queer, trans, nonbinary, and questioning individuals. You won’t have to explain your identity here—it’s honored.

  • Peer-led & Community-Centered
Facilitators are trained peers with lived experience. We’re not here to “fix” anyone—only to walk beside each other in the healing process.

  • Gentle Sharing, No Pressure
You’re welcome to speak, listen, or simply be present. You’ll never be put on the spot.

  • Trauma-Informed & Consent-Based
We prioritize emotional safety. You decide how you participate. Grounding tools, check-ins, and boundaries are built into the group flow.

What to Expect

  • A calm, respectful space to share your experience or listen to others

Whether you’re in long-term recovery, just starting out, or unsure what recovery means for you—this group is here to meet you where you are.

Journey to Recovery

Who It’s For

  • Anyone seeking recovery or healing from trauma, addiction, mental health challenges, or life transitions

  • LGBTQIA+ folks looking for recovery support without judgment or erasure

  • People exploring alternatives to traditional, abstinence-only, or 12-step recovery models

  • Anyone who wants to build community, resilience, and self-compassion

You do not need to identify as “in recovery” to attend.
You just need to be curious about what healing might look like for you.
